These are pre-owned vehicles and are sold in ‘As Is’ condition if over 7 model years and/or over 100,000 miles on odometer ( extended warranties are available and can be priced based on how many miles you drive per year, the term you would like to cover your vehicle as well as what you would like to cover for peace of mind ) Many of our vehicles are still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and we can offer you warranties that can extend those terms as well !  

These are used vehicles and may or may not have all original keys, books, manuals and accessories. Please check with your sales adviser prior to purchase to confirm the availability of these items.   

Dealer will collect 6.625% sales tax, and motor vehicle fees from New Jersey residents. Out-of-state cash buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state and will pay a $17 fee for a 30 day temporary plate and registration

Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Monmouth County, New Jersey and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Monmouth County, New Jersey. 

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations' shall be Monmouth County, New Jersey

Balance must be in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Bank Financing.
